Human trafficking is a grave and illegal practice involving the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of people through force, coercion, or deception for the purpose of exploitation. This crime exploits individuals, often for forced labor or commercial sexual exploitation, and poses a serious violation of human rights. Efforts worldwide focus on prevention, prosecution of perpetrators, and support for victims to combat and eradicate human trafficking.
